本卦象﹕
豫，以建侯行師。
下卦為坤地，上卦為震雷，乃順地而動雷之象，即天地依時輪轉，四季變換正常， 日月昇沉無誤，凡聖人均依時序而動；意謂人須時刻自我反省檢討，依正道而行， 不可因具有財勢、名利，即迷戀於遊樂而怠惰無制，宜於多餘的時間下，適度為之， 如此方 能萬物如意、順利和平安。

初爻﹕
鳴豫。凶。
粗心會失敗。忘記本務之時。

二爻﹕
介于石。不終日。貞吉。
多誘惑。堅守自己的立場。很難掌握時機。

三爻﹕
盱豫悔，遲有悔。
奢望會失敗。致力樸素節儉的生活。

四爻﹕
由豫。大有得。勿疑。朋盍簪。
接受重大的責任。有外來的助力。

五爻﹕
貞疾，恆不死。
作事不順利。

六爻﹕
冥豫成，有渝旡咎。
怠惰之心會破壞信用。方針有問題。
